The fastest animal in the world, a diving peregrine swooping down on its prey can move faster than an attack helicopter. More impressive in its own way though is that with the coming of more and more people along with their cities, container ships, and airplanes, the peregrine has continued to adapt and thrive in the most unexpected of places. They roost atop skyscrapers, cranes, and even beneath the San Francisco Bay Bridge.
California tenants are being priced out of the cities, forced to accept crumbling houses in the country, and made more housing insecure all over the state. Like with our feathery friends, laws have been passed to provide new protections at various levels of government. But those are only as good as the people who stand up to enforce them.

Aser Tolentino, Esq.
Attorney
Aser graduated with a double major in political science and history from the University of California, Davis and his JD from UC Davis School of Law in 2010 before passing the bar exam and being admitted to practice law in December of 2010. He spent more than five years as an attorney with Tenant Law Group, with whom he recovered more than $2,000,000 for his clients in just one year.
In four years of advising tenants, he helped hundreds of people with issues ranging from noisy neighbors to landlord assaults, bedbugs to houses washed out by flooding. His focus is on providing his clients not only information, but understanding.

Karen has worked with Aser in tenant law for more than a year. She assists with client communications, discovery preparation, and case management.
